Hi, I’m Katen!

Every real estate transaction is personal to me. I love this work and I love my clients. I understand that moving is more than a financial decision — it’s tied to life transitions, big emotions and new beginnings, and that perspective shapes how I show up every day.

I’m a lifelong Twin Cities resident and now live in Minnetonka with my husband and our “stupid little white” dog, Diesel. Two of my adult children still live in the area, which I’m incredibly grateful for. When I’m not working, you’ll find me cooking (not baking!), enjoying Minnesota’s parks and spending time outdoors. I also have a lifelong appreciation for Minnesota’s birds, a love passed down from my mother.

I graduated from the University of Minnesota–Duluth with a degree in Education and continue to believe in lifelong learning. I’ve earned several professional designations through the National Association of Realtors®, including GRI, ABR, SRS and AHWD. My background in education shapes how I guide clients — I believe understanding the process leads to confident decisions, and an educated client is an empowered client.

With nearly ten years of real estate experience, I bring both expertise and deep respect for the responsibility my clients place in me.
