Hi, I’m Carmen!

I have always known that a career in real estate would be an all-encompassing opportunity for me to genuinely help others.  Exuding an emphasis on relationship building, communication, negotiation skills, and an eye for design, being a realtor is my absolute dream job!

With a degree and background in management information systems, I am also detailed and process oriented and apply these skills to level up your home buying and/or selling experience. I truly believe every transaction is unique and that each individual deserves the best.

My prior involvement in the United States Army National Guard has shaped my high level of honesty and dedication and has enabled me to be an aggressive and confident advocate for you, as my client. The passion and enthusiasm I have for my role as your realtor will be apparent as I skillfully guide you through some of the largest decisions you will ever make.

Being part of a team of full-time, hustlin’ agents, I offer a high level of education, market knowledge, and strategy, whether you are buying or selling.

During the other 5 minutes of my week when I am not practicing real estate, my husband and I attempt to stay on top of our 3 teenager’s where-abouts and happenings.  We also have a big golden doodle named Stanley, who we all love so much, it’s darn near embarrassing.  Then there is our lizard, Pablo. The love doesn't run quite as deep there. We also have a love for the lake in the summer where we fish, paddle board, swim and do water sports.  The winter brings snowboarding and skiing and pond hockey in the backyard.  I am a MN native and truly love all that MN has to offer, except for mosquitos. As a resident of multiple areas in the twin cities, including Minneapolis and the northern and western suburbs, I bring with me a wide range of experience on what the metro has to offer.
