Hi, I’m Amy!

With 13+ years in real estate—10 focused on new construction—I’ve gained deep industry expertise and firsthand knowledge of the process. My background also includes partial ownership in a title company, giving me a unique perspective and problem-solving edge in getting buyers smoothly to the closing table. I’ve had the privilege of helping over 300 families so far, and I’m excited to help 300 more!

What I love most about real estate is the connections I make with people—and their families. I’m passionate about helping you uncover your big why behind buying or selling, whether it’s your first home, a dream upgrade, or the perfect retirement spot. My extensive knowledge of new construction allows me to guide clients through the process—whether building from the ground up or reimagining an existing home.

Outside of work, my husband Steve and I have a blended family of six amazing kids, two (soon to be three!) incredible in-law children, and one adorable grand-dog who keeps our springer doodle, Maui, on his toes. We share a deep love for lakes—growing up on Prior Lake and now calling Lake Waconia home. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me soaking up family time, attending Special Olympics events, baking, or enjoying a peaceful day on the water.

Fun fact: I’m obsessed with palm trees—they always mean I’m somewhere fun!
